Isle of Coll Distillery - Gorse Flower Gin is made using vibrant yellow gorse flowers that bloom in abundance on the Hebridean island.

The classic dry gin recipe combines local and exotic botanicals together with locally foraged gorse flowers. The result is a smooth, creamy and flavoursome gin. 

Featured Botanicals: heather, bog myrtle, sea kelp and gorse flowers.

Tasting Notes

A smooth gin with the gorse flowers adding a floral accent with hints of vanilla, almond and coconut.

The perfect serve

Best serve is over ice, with a light tonic and your favourite garnish (we'd recommend pink grapefruit). This perfectly highlights the flavour and bouquet of the gorse flower.

Meet the maker

Isle of Coll Distillery, the Hebridean island's first legal distillery, is the brainchild of friends Andrew and Dougie. The pair spent many family holidays on the island and regularly discussed business ideas. The idea of a distillery came up and many years later a small distillery was built! The distillery houses a 50 litre still which allows spirits to be produced in small batches of around 80 bottles. There are 3 spirits in the range which include many locally handforaged botanicals.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
