Born in Edinburgh in 2020, Savora Drinks create premium mixers which have been expertly crafted for pairing with tequila. The team at Savora are dedicated to creating long serves to allow thoughtful sipping of tequila instead of the careless slamming of shots. Tequila forms the base of some of the world's most popular cocktails but it is very rarely enjoyed with a mixer. This formed the inspiration for Savora Drinks and they set about crafting mixers to complement the flavours of tequila. The first mixer - Zesty Lime & Agave - was released in April 2021 and retains the familiarity of tequila being served with lime whilst adding subtle undertones of agave - the sole ingredient of all premium tequilas.
