Tasting Notes

Aromas of orchard fruits flavours of green apple and pear with a hint of sweet honey. Following onto the palate which develops vanilla flavours with a hint of smokiness smoke, flavours of malted cereal and fruit combines with toffee and a hint of black cherry. Leaving a slightly smoky finish.

The perfect serve

Enjoy as you would normally enjoy a dram. Neat, on the rocks or with a dash a water.

Meet the maker

Built in 1898, Benromach distillery is located in Forres, near Elgin. In 1993 the distillery was handed over to the Urquhart family to revive the lost Speyside style using malted barley toto bring a hint of peat smoke. The process goes back over century to when malting in Speyside would have topped up fires with cuts of peat when supplies of coal ran low, giving the whiskies a distinct smoky character. When the distillery was reopened in 1998 by Prince Charles, it signalled the rediscovery of a lost style of Speyside single malt.

Delivery Service

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.

All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel

Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to European countries will be made within 5-7 working days of dispatch.
