Sutors Scottish Highland Gin (70 cl)
Sutors Gin is a 100% Scottish Highland gin which is a celebration of the landscape surrounding the micro-distillery on a small peninsular in the Moray Firth in the north of Scotland.
The gin combines the flavours from the mountains where juniper has grown for centuries, the coastlines and beaches where many of the chosen botanicals grow and the fields that grow the grain which is hand malted at the distillery.
The botanicals which include juniper, sea buckthorn and bog myrtle are vapour infused to flavour the spirit before the gin is brought down to optimal strength using water drawn deep from within the North Sutor.

Sutors has a unique citrus character with a sweet finish which comes mainly from the sea buckthorn.
The perfect serve
Sutors Gin is exceptionally versatile and can be sipped over ice, used to make a classic G&T or in a cocktail. If pouring a G&T we'd recommend over ice with a premium classic tonic and finished with a citrus wedge of your choice. Our favourite is pink grapefruit.
Meet the maker
Sutors Gin is the brainchild of Stuart and Ed who have been working for over 3 years perfecting their processes and building a distillery that they can be proud of. Localism and provenance are at the forefront of everything they do. Stuart is a tinkerer who is tirelessly curious and took an interest in drink production when he helped his grandfather make liqueurs at Christmas. Ed is an agronomist who has always had an interest in homebrewing. He is married to the daughter of a malting barley producing farmer, the perfect way to get close to the raw materials!
