Isle of Skye Misty Isle Gin (70 cl)
Location: Portree, Skye
Produced on the Isle of Skye, Misty Isle is a small-batch gin inspired by the dramatic and breathtaking Scottish island.
Misty Isle is made using a total of 11 botanicals including hand foraged juniper berries, cassia bark, lemon peel, black cubebs and a top secret ingredient which is only available on Skye.
The botanicals are combined with crystal clear spring water from Storr Lochs and the juniper is slowly distilled in a copper pot still for around 8 hours.
Beautifully presented in a bottle inspired by the famous Cuillin mountains.
