Lunun Gin (70 cl)
Location: St Andrews
Lunun Gin is a premium Scottish gin with an Asian twist; influenced by creator and chef Dean Banks' travels across the globe and his expertise in fusion cooking.
To reflect Dean's culinary travels, tastes and fusion cooking, Lunun Gin brings together a number of exotic botanicals from around the world including kaffir lime leaf, sea buckthorn, Sichuan pepper, kombu kelp, ginger and lemongrass.
Created in a single-fold distillation process in Dean's hometown of Arbroath.

A classic gin with Oriental flavours. Lunun has notes of citrus and spice on the nose and in the flavour profile which are balanced with a subtle heat on the finish.
The perfect serve
We recommend serving as a classic G&T with ice, Cushiedoos tonic water and a wedge of juicy lime.
Meet the maker
Launched in late 2019 by Masterchef: The Professionals finalist Dean Banks, Lunun Gin celebrates Dean's culinary experience which has been honed from his travels across the globe. However, Dean's heart has always been in Scotland and, in particular, his hometown of Arbroath in Angus. The name of the gin is an adaptation of Angus’ most peaceful, secluded beach, ‘Lunan Bay’.
