Scuttled Gin (70 cl)
Location: Deerness, Orkney
Scuttled Gin is a special release from Deerness Distillery which has been created with the SCAPA100 initiative to mark the centenary of the scuttling of the WWI German High Seas Fleet in Scapa Flow on 21st June 1919. A percentage of the profits go to support the project.
Exceptionally versatile, Scuttled Gin is distilled using a variety of botanicals including juniper, tarragon, cassia bark, lemon peel, chamomile flower heads, green pepper, lavender and mint.
Made in a traditional alembic copper still with a reflux column to refine the process, Scuttled Gin contains Orcadian water and each bottle is filled, corked, sealed and signed by hand.
