Created by Rupert Waites, head chef and chief forager at the Buck and Birch, the flagship product; Aelder was one of numerous wild flavour experiments developed in “The Shed”. Aelder Elixir is a multi-award winning, spiced elderberry liqueur that is distinctive and versatile, elevating many of Scotland's forgotten ingredients back into the contemporary consciousness. They have added to the range of handcrafted liqueurs with the addition of a rum based liqueur and a sweet, creamy liqueur.
