Badvo Pitlochry Gin Postcard Editions (20 cl) - Fresh Spring Water
Badvo Gin is a small-batch London Dry style gin that celebrates the countryside of Pitlochry in the heart of Scotland.
Badvo is micro-distilled by Helen Stewart in a converted outbuilding on her family's farm. All the botanicals used are grown and foraged on the farm, including juniper, which grows extensively on the land. Other key botanicals are nettles, wild mint, honeysuckle and meadowsweet.
Everything is done completely by hand by Helen and her mother including forgaging, distilling, bottling and labelling.
The Postcard Editions showcase what makes Badvo Gin so unique. The Fresh Spring Water edition shows the water that flows through the farm and is used to distill the Badvo Gin.
Badvo Gin is a sweet, herbaceous gin with a crisp, fresh taste which comes from the nettles and wild mint.
The perfect serve
Perfect when sipped over ice or mixed with your favorite tonic and finished with some orange peel.
Meet the maker
Badvo Gin is made by Helen Stewart on her family's farm just outside Pitlochry, Perthshire. Her family have farmed the land for over 400 years and having worked in a local distillery as a student, Helen had the idea to turn a disused outbuilding into a distillery and produce a completely home grown gin to carry on the family tradition of producing Scottish food and drink.
