Ar Baile Dry Gin (70 cl)
Spirit O’ Clyde launched in May 2019 and have taken inspiration from the rich history of Clydebank. The Ar Baile name comes from Scottish Gaelic and means 'Our Town'.
Made using a combination of classic botanicals suchs as juniper, coriander and liquorice root as well as lemongrass, bilberries and pink peppercorns the Dry Gin is distilled using locally sourced water.
Currently distilled in the Gorbals in Glasgow before being bottled and labelled by hand by the Ross family.
Balanced and refreshing, classic botanicals such as juniper and orris root are combined with bilberries and pink peppercorns giving a subtle sweetness and spice to the gin.
The perfect serve
For the ultimate G&T, we recommend serving over plenty of ice with a classic tonic (Just the Tonic works really well) and finishing with a slice of cucumber and a healthy wedge of lime.
