What is the Craft56° Rum Club?

The Craft56° Rum Club is your chance to discover the best Scottish rums as chosen by our in-house experts.

Each month we select one of Scotland’s finest rums and pair with complementary mixers (also made in Scotland when available). You'll also receive access to tasting notes which include more info on the rum, the producer and their story. 

How often will I receive a delivery?

You choose the frequency of your deliveries and can choose to sign up on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis.

How much does it cost to join the club?

Our gin club costs £45-£50 per box. There are no additional fees and this includes shipping. This is charged on the 4th of each month you are due to receive a delivery with the first box being paid for at the time of joining.

When will I receive the delivery?

Our rum club boxes are shipped so they arrive with you around the 15th of the month. This date change depending if the 15th falls at the weekend. In this case we will try to ensure the delivery arrives by the Friday so you can enjoy the gin over the weekend!

Our deadline to receive a delivery the same month is the 5^th of each month. If you sign up after the 5^th of the month it will be following month before you receive your first box.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Our deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. We would always recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive deliveries during the day.

Can I update my delivery address?

Yes, it’s very simple. All you need to do is email the address details to hello@craft56.co.uk and we will update your details in our system.

Please make sure that you supply us with your new delivery before the 5th of the month during which you should receive your next delivery so we can update our records before dispatch.

What's in the box?

Each month you will receive a bottle of Scottish rum. This will generally be a 70cl bottle but occasionally we will choose to feature a 50cl bottle. If it is a 50cl bottle then it will be a special edition, exclusive or a rum that is truly exceptional.

You’ll also receive some complementary mixers (Scottish wherever possible) which have been chosen to pair with the rum. 

There will also be access to tasting notes which will include information on the gin, the distillery and serving suggestions.

How do you choose the featured rum?

When choosing the rums each month, our team work to specific criteria. Firstly, the rum must be made in Scotland and bottled at a minimum of 37.5% ABV.

The featured rums will also be fairly classic in style. However, at certain times of the year, we may choose a seasonal rum such as a spiced rum in winter.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

If you’d like to cancel your recurring subscription please send us an email to hello@craft56.co.uk and we will arrange cancellation for you. We will always reply to your email with confirmation of the cancellation. There are no cancellations fees.

Can I get a refund on my recurring subscription?

We can only issue a refund to you if the box is returned to us unopened or in a resellable condition. We cannot offer refunds if you dislike the rum you have received.

Can I get a refund on my gift membership?

Accounting for boxes delivered, any refund on a gift membership will be provided by way of a Craft56° gift card only. Unfortunately it is not possible to offer cash or direct credit refunds on Rum Club gift memberships. 

How do I join the club?

You can join the club by visiting our Rum Club page and following the steps to create an account and set up payment. If you'd like to purchase a pre-paid gift membership then you can so by choosing a 3, 6 or 12 box Gift Membership. 

What payment methods do you offer?

Payments for recurring memberships to the club can be made using a debit or credit and will be processed by Stripe. If purchasing a gift membership and paying up-front, payment can be made using debit or credit card or through Paypal.

Can I use an offer code?

Voucher codes do not apply to the Rum Club memberships.
